The mortgage team at this location (and the entire corporate model) are a nothing less than complete bunch of inept pathetic excuse for professionals. STAY AWAY from Carter Pierre, Cecile Samuda, Sharon in underwriting, Bernaby Robles, Paul Ellner and Elijah Medina (who works in corporate and is completely worthless when it comes to resolving customer issues). DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE from Wells Fargo, the will make you go through hoops to get you nowhere. Waste of time and money. Absolutely worthless team.

One of the worst experiences,you can ever experience the staff here are very unprofessional and I don't like to do reviews. But is bank is,so terrible it needs a upgrade from the staff that is present there at the moment.

THERE IS A REASON WHY THESE SCAMMERS WERE INVESTIGATED BY CONGRESS. WELLS FARGO IN PEMBROKE PINES IS THE MOST IMCOMPETENT group of dishonest, self-serving, empty suits that I have ever encountered in my business life. After 45 days meeting every single guideline to close on a mortgage, they decided to back out of a legal commitment letter to close on the mortgage on THE DAY OF CLOSING. Even with all stipulations met. BEWARE of the following people: Carter Pierre, the mortgage salesman, who will “yes” you thru the whole process, overpromise and under delivering is his trademark, once he gets caught in the web of lies and misinformation, he simply points the finger to upper management and disappears from the picture. Then there’s Cecile Samuda, an incompetent loan processor who hasn’t the first clue on returning a phone call when its most needed. She will ask you for a document four times, but will be nowhere to be found when Carter’s finger points her way. Then there is Bernaby Robles, who will call you on closing date of your long awaited property to inform you that he was not aware of the details, but within a day tell your entire family and that Wells Fargo will not be closing on the house for a reason NEVER stipulated. A class act on customer relations. Them we have Mr. Paul Ellner, who will ignore you on the most critical time, and ONLY get involved (after the finger pointing goes so far uphill and he has no choice) he act a premier role of empathy and understanding, yet provide NO SOLUTION to the matter. Then they point to corporate. The last straw is Elijah Medina, from headquarters, who on his first call will tell you that they (Wells Fargo) did not meet expectations and that I (the customer should have not gone thru this mayhem) and that thru an investigation will help out. It only took this empty suit SIXTY day to back away on his promise to assist and tell me that Wells Fargo will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHIG to vindicate their mistakes. On a happy note, I will be taking this issue to the local news to help others avoid these outright liars in Pembroke Pines so they don’t encounter the same disappointment I did. STEER AWAY FROM WELLS FARGO, there’s a reason they have congress hearings over con-artist activity with customer’s money. This is a n EXTREMELY CORRUPT organization that prays on customers. The empty suits that work there are not worth your time, believe me. FOR SHAME.

DO NOT attempt to get a mortgage from these incompetent individuals at the Pembroke Pines branch, or any for that matter. A total and absolute waste of time and energy. After this experience, I've closed all my Wells Fargo accounts and moved the money elsewhere. They have complete disregard for your investment interest. They outright lie and deceive which is why the brand has an extreme negative perception worldwide.

Good Afternoon, I wanted to take time out to acknowledge Store Manager Nadine Cherry and Personal Banker Janay Pratt. On April 8th 2015 I walked into the Wells Fargo branch located at 8900 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines, Florida. Janay greeted me with a smile and asked how she help me. I explained the reason for the visit was to get some mortgage and homeowners insurance information, being that my home mortgage is through Wells Fargo. Janay walked me back to her desk and pulled up my mortgage information and answered every single question I had effortlessly. I was beyond impressed! I have a bad habit of asking the same questions over again , but phrased differently. It is my way of making sure I am giving accurate and consistent information. Janay was patient and with me and continued to answer my questions. She then asked me how come I did not have a bank account with Wells Fargo since I had my mortgage already set up there. I explained to her I have been a loyal customer of Chase since I was 16 years old, all the way back to the days when they were Washington Mutual, and besides Chase I also bank overseas so I was no way interested in opening a bank account there. In the middle of explaining this Nadine walked into Janay's office to grab something. She smiled and shook my hand and said "Hi, I remember you". I thought she had me confused with someone else, but I was wrong. She remembered me coming to the bank about 3 months prior to ask different personal banker questions about something else. She described to me what I wearing on that day and everything. I was amazed because I forgot that I even visited the branch prior! The next thing I know I was being tagged teamed by both Janay and Nadine. They broke down all the pros with banking with Wells Fargo from the free checking accounts, savings accounts, everything! They were so good by the end of the day I deposited over $30,000 into my new Wells Fargo account!!!!!! I see why Nadine runs that branch she is awesome. Here professionalism is next to none. I see why Janay is such a great personal banker. She has a wonderful leader. It is very obvious that both of these ladies are passionate about their jobs and enjoying going to work. They are both great assets to Wells Fargo. I hope they are both recognized for the great employees they are! I have been a loyal customer to Chase for over 20 years, but from now on I will do my banking with Wells Fargo because of how well I was treated by Nadine Cherry and Janay Pratt. The following day my wife baked cupcakes for Nadine and Janay because she appreciates great customer service!
