Horrible. It was great in the beginning and has just gone downhill 100%. None of the information is consistant and they have you spin in circles just to do the most simple banking tasks. I will be switching to another bank very soon. Take the advice of all the others who ranked this bank as 1 star. This bank is horrible!

This is the worst banking company to have an account with. I had an account for two months and they closed my account. They tell me that there have their reasons and they cannot provide me the information. The branch manager was rude to me and she told me to leave the premises. The bank associate kept questioning me asking where do I work and she is telling me the reason is because she needs to know. My overdraft was an error and they waived the fee but they refusing me service. My advise I was with BANK OF AMERICA for 12 years and i never got the treatment like I encounter with this bank. My friend warned me about this branch and company and I tell you DO NOT SWITCH.

Worst costumer service every , I'm still waiting for someone to assist me. Already 3 people passed before me because "they had appointments" or the bankers are not mentally capable to open a simple account. DO NOT BANK HERE. I hope Citibank realizes how bad this branch is and close it once for all

This is the worst Citibank ever the staff is to slow to work at a Citibank. There was only 1 name on the list infront of my name and the staff took over an hour to assist me and I still haven't gotten any help yet I'm still waiting when I find out all the employees names I will post them on the site aswell

No drive-thru ATMs. When you actually get off and want to make a deposit, both ATMs are usually unable to accept cash. At this time, the lobby is closed and you can't go inside. Tellers are aware of the problem and just shrug stating that the ATMs get full at night and aren't emptied until they come in at 9 am. Seriously? That many people come after hours to deposit cash?
