I have been to a number of different branches here in St Louis as well as in other States. We have both personal and business accounts at BoA. Some locations have been helpful, some locations have fallen short of our expectations and needs, but this branch at Gravois Bluffs is hands down, the best managed and most professional branch that we have used. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

Bank of America has NO Damn Customer Service if you have a Mortgage Loan with them. They don't answer the frigging line. I have been trying for over an hour. This location won't help me either. I don't care what Countrywide did...at least THEY had good Customer Service!!!

We have been with Bank of America for 3 months and so far couldn't be happier. The staff at this branch are very friendly. Other banks could learn a thing or two from these guys about how to deal with people. I really like their online banking. Other banks online banking is very disappointing. A lot of people seem to be complaining about overdraft fees, but all banks have them. I've never overdrawn a bank account. If you are organized and responsible with your money, its not a problem.
