US Bank says they strive to ensure their Branches are Diverse, but that's a LIE!  Since I'm not welcomed at US BANK-700 Gravios, Fenton Missouri, but advised to utilized an Urban Branch, I'll take my ASSETS; Me, My Business Account, & My Savings and Money Markets Accounts, and do business elsewhere! Jennifer assisted me as long as my Guy sat beside me, but when he left to check on the kids, she asked me, "What brings you to Fenton?" I immediately felt appalled.  She made up many excuses not to assist me.  I advised her I'm delighted to be who I am & I'll gladly leave this non diverse prejudice racist Branch & she didn't try to redirect, rebut, nor stop me....  Loving my Dark Skin, Radiant Tones, & Heritage! #Always

All U.S. Banks are great, regardless of the fact that they certainly get their due fees, but they're a business and not a charity so it's annoyingly understandable. However, in return you get availability, reliability, prompt and friendly service, great options for personal and business banking alike, and above all there are mints at the door.
