I go to this branch almost everyday for our business deposits and dread every minute of it! They are either closed for some reason, like weather or because the do not have staffing! STAFFING they do not have and it really hurts their customer service. I don't think anyone likes to  wait in a line, but it happens sometimes. Well, at this branch it is a daily occurrence!   They might have 2 tellers on if that, then a lot of people walking around with clipboards asking, "do you need a deposit slip?' When we really want then to help with our banking needs.  Don't they cross utilize employees? They should! you have people in line for at least 20 minutes and an employee is sitting in their office surfing the web ....I would love it if my employer would change banks.

We have used them as our personal bank for 20 years and we have never had anything but pleasant and efficient service. The drive thru is a little crazy, but this location is packed in a tight space, so it is what it is. If the drive thru is backed up, I just go to the walk up ATM inside or go to a teller. No complaints here!

excellent customer service: extremely polite and efficient when busy. applied for a credit card, opened a savings account, and updated my billing address with no problems! would recommend this branch to others

Don't bother trying to call this branch specifically!!!  They NEVER answer their phones!

Worst branch Ive ever been too. The floors were nasty, the counter felt dirty, I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told "youre not in the right lane you have to go to the back of that lane" with no indication before that any lane was specifically for anything. I will not be returning.
