By far the worst bank I have ever experienced

Called banking center to request a gotten be mailed per instructions of banking center personal. I spent over 2 hours on the phone over the course of 3 calls.  They confirmed my request and stated forms should be received via mail in 5/7 days. Forms never showed up.  I went back to the branch.  I explained the situation and they were nice enough to break the rules for me.  Stating they don't provide forms because they have personal information on them. May I ask a question? Where the hell do you think you got that personal information? Customer Service SUCKS!!!!

I challenge anyone to call just to see how long you will sit in hold.

Atm never works I go to deposit cash and the only way it will accept money Sometimes is1 bill at a time. 
It is extremely slow.

This is my closest location for banking, which is why I chose it when I moved here. Staff are always friendly and helpful, even helping with website access. The ATM and drive-thru lanes are convenient and it's usually not very busy so I can get in and out quickly.
