Worst customer service I've ever experienced.  I've been them with 9 years with no issue and had fraud on my account for the first time and they completely acted like they didn't care. Definitely considering going to a different bank after dealing with this.

Their staff is super friendly, but their technology needs a serious upgrade. EVERYTHING is manual, and very difficult to use. We still have accounts here, but most of our banking is done elsewhere.

This is the worst credit union I have ever dealt with.  The employees are spiteful and vindictive. 
The rush to charge fees even for a one dollar mistake is outrageous. It makes me concerned for the security of this credit union are they able to pay their bills??
