These guys ROCK! I’m a grouch and I hate banks. I hate waiting even more. Nevertheless, I went in on a busy Saturday to add an account, and I forgot to make an appointment. Understand, this means an hour wait. Don’t do this to yourself or to them. To my surprise, this team took my grouchy attitude and turned it into a great big smile! I am grateful! I ended up not just adding an account, but moving a business account over here. Cecelia is phenomenal. I highly recommend seeing her! Tell her the grouchy lawyer lady sent you! But, Please be nice to her. She’s truly exceptional!

BEFORE YOU GO -- PREPARE TO WAIT. I always have to wait a long time when I go there, today a young man coming out the door as I went in said, "Prepare to wait at least an hour.." to me as I walked in. He was right. There is a very crowded area just inside the front door where they "sort" their customers. There were 7 people ahead of me and no one helping. I observed that the employee who would be helping was working on a copier which appeared to be broken. Finally, he returned, gave a copy to a customer and moved to the next in line. A few minutes later another employee came to help (at this point there were more customers waiting). This employee ignored the waiting line, and to everyone's surprise, asked a person who was racially similar to her (but far from next in line) if she could help her. That woman seemed as shocked as I was but took advantage of the situation. Once my turn finally came up, I was sent the next queue, up the hall and around the corner. There were 14 people waiting and I only observed 1 available teller. I try to do all my banking online, and this bank's poor personnel management and inability to get customers in and out is exactly why.

Thank you so much Kristina and Emmanuel for all of your help and support after the death of my mother-in-law. We spent several frustrating hours trying to get phone support regarding several of her B of A accounts. After spending an hour on hold and being disconnected we decided to come to the branch to see if we could get help. Kristina you are a godsend!! You sat with us and made several calls to different branches of the bank to resolve our issues. Within two weeks most of the problems had been resolved. We ended up going into the branch one other time and insisted on seeing Kristina because we knew she cared and would do all she could to help us. She and Emmanuel helped out with the last estate issue. We could not be more grateful for the caring help we received. Hats off to Conroe B of A.

Long long long long wait times and horrible staff and management. Never open a business account as they rip you off monthly every month after signing a 3 year contract. Go anywhere else. First National here on Conroe is awesome and it's FREE! In any Kroger and lines are super fast and they're very good. If give BOA in Conroe minus 5 stars!

Horrible service!!! Is open on Saturday from 9-2 but only lobby not drive through - even though they are standing in the same area. Waited in line for 45min to make a deposit. There were 4 tellers and what I assume as a supervisor was standing behind them. One teller stopped helping people and was behind the others doing something (not sure what); there was another person/supervisor walking around the lobby hanging up posters!!!! What is going on???? Why wouldn't you add more people to get the line down and then once that is caught up go back to hanging up posters. Very frustrating standing in a long line and seeing other employees just chilling or not helping the situation!!! However it's not much better during the week in the lobby or drive through!! I regret that we ever opened a business account with them. We will be seeking business elsewhere come Monday!!!!!
