I tried to open an account today but the line did not move. There were only two people in front of me but the line didn't move for thirty minutes. I waited and waited and then I was told that there were only two bankers in and both had appointments coming in so it would be an additional 30 minutes. I left and I will not be back. I banked with Chase before when I was married and I always had a positive experience. But this was unacceptable. This is not how you should manage a business. It's ridiculous to expect people to spend hours of their time in the lobby. If you know you have a busy schedule warn walk-ins when they sign in don't make them wait 45+ minutes to just tell them it could be more than 30 minutes longer I was almost late to work because I tried to be patient. Then I had to go to Wells Fargo just to cash my check. Because i don't bank there . Yeah well I tried to. And now I won't. Unacceptable.

My favorite bank ever! Out of all the banks this one is the best no one can beat their service! I have zero complaints with chase

I had an awesome experience with Kevin today. I've been banking at this location for two years and this is the first time I've been straight up impressed. Good looking out man :)
