This branch is one of the best branch of woodforest national branch. I used this branch first time today and I like this branch. They had alot of tellers. I didn't had to wait for even a second. They are too clean. The sitting area is big than most other branches. The lady on the teller was friendlier. Their bathroom was too clean. Mine overall experience on this branch was too good

This branch is a disgrace! Their employees are demeaning and rude. No one at this establishment greets you. The drive through ATM NEVER WORKS! They do not make eye contact with their customers. I dont think they realize that if it weren't for us, the customer, they wouldnt have a job. What would they do if we all decided to go to another bank with better customer service? Think about how many people are reading this review and are going to decide to move banks or just not take that chance to bank with them at all due to this review. Please, Woodforest, change your employees, change customer service, change your ATM. If you MUST use Woodforest, go to the one on the North Loop 336 near Papa Johns, they know how to treat their customers!

Worst experience ever the lady we talked to was rude and wouldn't cash a check because the check amount was larger than what was in my bank already. She sent me away without cashing the check even though my account is with woodforest. The Walmart woodforest is better than this one.

I hope Missy does not treat everyone like she treated me, because all I wanted to do was leave. I went in to this location to ask about auto loan rates and she was very curt and rude. If you want to visit this branch, Don't talk to Missy!
