Very unprofessional manager this afternoon.  Did not appreciate the way she spoke to and treated my 82 yr old father after questioning an unfamiliar fee.  He's been a faithful customer for more than 25 years.

Sidney, the assistant manager, is very informative. This location has absolute wonderful customer service. Just one note, the bank teller's should really voluntarily offer up information...when you deposit a check on a non-business day...just in case someone is not aware that they will have to wait until Tuesday for their check to go through...if posted in the lobby.

Closes at 4pm including drive up? This makes it impossible to deposit company checks after work. A huge pain. Would be 1 star but employees are nice.
