Really bad customer service,only 2 employees working.look like they dont know what they are doing,been waiting inline for over 1 hour!!!this woodforest has to improve!!!been working since 6am,and its now 11:30p.m....if it wasnt because i have 2 car notes and mortgage going to tommorow i would of left a long time ago!!management need to get there act together,or maybe dont want to put more employees due to bonus,who knows and i dont care the reason why they only have two people,maybe next time ill have you standing here inline over 1 hour waiting on this know-nothing employees of yours.
