It's impossible to get though to this local branch to actually talk with a real, live person to ask a question.  Frustrating!  I would have thought a local branch is there to provide personalized service.  Guess I was wrong.

Just west of I-45 on College Park Dr. Behind the Walmart it has a freestanding building. The parking lot is clean and wide and looks new. The grounds are well-kept. People inside the bank or very friendly and eager to help. They always have the nicest people at this Bank Woodforest. It was my first time at this location and I will come again. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Drive thru says open at seven . I came after 8 and still no one there and lane says closed this is the third time this has happened im starting to think they just open when they feel like it
