The staff is very nice but there are never, ever enough staff here. Expect a line for the teller or the bankers. Like, bring a book and get comfy.

Not enough staff every time I go in to the bank I have to wait. Very frustrating and the line has been almost out the door!!!

It's ridiculous that they don't staff more people at this location. This is quite a busy area especially week days around 11-1pm and every single time its unfailing, there is a 20 to 30 minute wait just in the teller line alone not counting the people waiting to speak to accountants. It's ridiculous and unacceptable!!!! Bank of America please hire more people!!  You have a two women as tellers at this time. Its 2018 hire more people and maybe your ratings will go up!

Despite the waiting because I needed to open an account everything was nice... staff were polite and helpful and especially Rebecca was so kind and explain me whatever I was asking for...
