The bank is horrible talk to Sandy she was no help after talking to Solutions. They illegally charge overdraft fees while Merchant refunded transactions. They tell you you have to prove it or you do not have one courtesy fee waived available.

I used to be able to cash my payroll check for no charge.  i went today and they charged me to cash my payroll check ! What a rip off This place is. They are not providing a service they are giving me my money.

I always have an issue with the girls here... like when they messed up sending my debit card three different times or messed up a few transaction's...save yourself the trouble and go to Alt 19 or the other one in palm harbor much more useful
