My husband and I got to chase at 1:30 on a Saturday to try and open a joint account together after just being married and we were turned away by two staff members who were not busy. My husband has 2 personal and 4 business accounts with Chase and we had even meationed this and the staff member obviously didn’t care and still sent us on our way. We will NOT be coming back to open our account here. The staff member Ryan who opened my husbands business account for him previously was great and it took him 30 minutes to open 4 business accounts and this guy couldn’t even open us our own account together. If he cared enough about his job and the company he would of took us in but he didn’t. We will be banking somewhere else that will be glad to take care of us, thanks to him
