I wish I could give zero stars. Stood in line for 20 minutes with a 3 year old, there was only 2 tellers and another guy walking around telling other impatient customers to be patient, I was very patient, get up to the teller finally and was told they would not take my change. I live 25-45 mins away from the 2 closest bank of americas to me. I’ve also been with Bank of America since 2007! The teller was rude about it and did not explain herself well. I was embarrassed and defeated after waiting and trying to control a 3 year old that was bored. What bank does not take change? The banks close to me do. Maybe they should get coin counters like other banks and like I have at my own job, so they can do their job. I will probably be switching to another bank that can actually help me and not be so rude about rolled coins.

They could not even cash a medium size check with large bills (said "we can only give you 20's......it's going to be a holiday weekend; we don't have much cash" .......huh? 
The teller said "you can go to other area branches, for instance: San Marcos or Seguin" Really?  area branches???  She wanted to argue .....
 Let's review: One B.of A. branch in all of New Braunfels ....and that branch has no $100. dollar bills???  But I can go to "area branches" ???

Can I give zero stars? I had a situation I needed to be fixed, was a personal situation with my account something that surely should be known to be kept at a private level, after all you're dealing with peoples money and private information. The teller, her name was Sharron thought it would be funny to mock me in front of other employees as if the situation I was in was funny. One of her fellow employees busted out laughing, and honestly it was a bit embarrassing. When I go to the bank or when anyone goes to the bank any type of transactions are meant to be personal; infact I feel as if there are laws that in force that. To top it off the manager just tried to blow it off as if it wasn't a big deal, I myself tried to make light of the situation as I was in front of their employees and other customers. But this was just absolutely ridiculous; I've worked in customer service for years, trust me I know plenty about customer service and this had to be the worst display of customer service by the entire faculty, I'll be looking into contacting someone at a corporate level; Anyone who runs a business knows this was not ok at any level.
