Nothing but trouble with this bank and this branch in particular... And it's not even MY bank. Will seriously try to talk employer into changing banks. They have trouble moving money from one bank to another... In other words they can't do the one thing they are there to do. Worthless!

Even though I no longer live in New Braunfels, I still bank with Jefferson Bank in New Braunfels. They offer the kind of personal customer service that the big banks are incapable of providing. Everyone knows my name and the customer service is always on point. No matter where I live, Jefferson will continue to be my bank!

Customer Service #1? All the banks say it... Jefferson Bank follows through! Truly the friendliest bank I have ever walked into.
