I have gone to them for years for currency exchange. Just found unless I am a customer they will no longer help.  There is no other location in our town.   This is a sad state  of customer service now.  If I had ever considered being a customer, no longer.  Run away from this bank fast.

I refuse to talk to an idiot electronic voice that refuse to let me talk to someone.  I am calling a branch and at the branch I expect someone to talk to me.  If I can only get an electronic voce with options that do not fit why I am calling, then I don't need to be a customer at wells fargo (since they have small minds they deserve small caps in their name) since the only know how to dispense customer DISSERIVCE AND DISCOURTESTY SINCE THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY IS. I would give them a minus if that was possible.

Everyone is always very helpful and efficient! They even check in with me to make sure Irvings going well! Holly is fantastic!
