They are very nice when i go in as i do shared banking here..but i was disappointed this site says drive thru hours are til 7 but they closed at 6..i really needed to make a deposit...work on that please

Staff members tend to lecture you like they know your situation. Are unpleasant to deal with when trying to close an account to switch banks.

This is the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. It takes forever to get a real person on the line and then they are rude and inefficient. I would not recommend SSFCU to anyone under any circumstances.

I've always been treated with dignity, respect and given the best interest rates possible.  I have enjoyed every employee that I've done business with in over 20 years of  membership.
