RUN THIS BANK WILL ROB YOU! This branch committed a crime causing my credit to drop 85 points. They have robbed me of my hard earned credit and have caused current and future monetary damages. My car insurance has already gone up. What happened? I went in to cash a check, of course their crappy ATM machine wouldn't take a perfectly clear printed check so I had to go inside. I was told I could upgrade my secured credit card to the regular version. I explained that in about 6 months I was planning on buying a house. I was concerned about my credit being affected and made it clear I did not want to get the new card if the drop was severe. I was told it would only be a couple points. What they failed to tell me is that by closing the old card my already short credit age would be reduced by 2/3 which caused a SEVERE drop in my score. Since PNC ruined my score my car insurance has gone up and now I am terrified I won't be able to buy a home and if I can my interest will be higher. After confronting the offenders in person today I was told they couldn't do much to fix their crime. WHAT!!!! You sons of bit@hes! All they did was file a complaint and somebody was supposed to call me back today, that didn't happen. I absolutely despise this bank, return what you stole including the extra money I am forced to spend because of your poorly trained employees!!! I think I should broadcast what your pathetic branch did on YouTube and hope it goes viral between my two channels.

Everything looks good and on the up and up especially the customer service is good until suddenly you begin to see how their software is designed to take your money at every turn possible. They will pay a charge even though you dont have enough in the account only to reverse it and charge you $37 sneaky dont you think? They should have simply declined payment. Add $7 a day overdraft fees that add up quick. I owe them $8 but with their magical software it has arrived at over $200. Good luck PNC on collecting it I do not pay for highway robbery! My other bank does fine and I have no issues with them.

Everytime I go to the drive up atm, it doesn't accept either cash or check deposits.
