Terrible Marie Myers the Manager its to quick to say I will help you , with no results.
I unfortunately believed this was a good bank to deal with an open a checking and a Secure card account  well without my authorization they charged me over 600$ to my account leaving me negative and with bunch of overdrawn fees .
I complained over the phone and was promised they will fix it in 10 days they sent me a letter saying that thia money was refunded to my account after 30 days nothing have being fix Marie promised me she was going to help ,she never call me back and when I show up at the bank they said she was out for lunch n then they told me she wasn't coming from lunch and still waiting for her call.
I just think if you can't do anything Dont promise something you will not do that is unprofessional, poor  ethic  and a waste of time I just thank God people will read this and probably will not open an account or close the one they have open I Dont think we deserve bank to play with our money Luke this I worked pretty hard to make it and I being without money For over 30 days with not even gas money just because they decided to do an unauthorized charge 😢
