Slow and understaffed. Though the bank associates are friendly and helpful, doing a face-to-face transaction over there takes time.

My thoughts mirror those of others. Terrible customer service the multiple times I've been there. Opening an account today took over two hours, more the bank's fault, not the rep. After getting used to the main Kirkland branch for many years, this was beyond disappointing
