The people at this branch are always warm and friendly. They make going to the bank an enjoyable experience.

Went in on a Sat. to make a deposit. I was the first customer that day and they proceeded to ignore me and then vacated the lobby to do who knows what in the back. Aside from utter ignorance, this probably constitutes a security oversight, shouldn't at least 1 person from the bank be overseeing the lobby while the bank is open?? This place does not offer good customer service and it's enough to consider changing banks.

I find this branch to be excellent - everyone is exceptionally helpful and friendly.  I highly recommend this branch.
