Charges way more than most other ATMs and the tellers won't do normal services, like simple cash exchanges for change, for non-members. This neighborhood is crammed full of banks and KeyBank isn't contributing anything to the surrounding community. Don't recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful employees. Great location in central Fremont. 
Small staff, so you might have to wait for service.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.  I use a different credit union as my primary bank but this Key Bank gives its customers a free safe deposit box for having an account with them so I throw them a bone with my tiny savings account.  Much appreciated for having a safe deposit box close and available on Saturdays.
