I actually am not a customer of BofA but if I ever changed I would user them. I deposit money into my landlord's account every month using the automated teller. Very very easy to use. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but I think it is worth it. The store is always very clean and all the tellers seem nice and helpful.

Everyone seems to be quick write a poor review.  I however, had a great experience.  Everyone there was friendly and efficient.  I would suggest if one needs more than the teller to help them, they make an appointment.

These people stole $1500 cash from me and refused to credit my account when the atm froze up during a transaction. Never go here, ever. Lawsuit pending.

Complete garbage! We pay large fees every month to have only 2 tellers on. The lines are always long. They try to force-Fetish us into using their lazy automated station-ATMs. This new automated ATMs allows them to minimize them hiring REAL people to work in the physical branch!
