The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced..  the customers is awful.. they no value for there repeat clients I’d never suggest anyone bank with them .. there plain out awful.. they need a manager that supports employee training and workshops.. my advice .. do some house cleaning..

I travel out of my way just to go to this branch ! Always smiling , always friendly and always taking care of my business . Alicia is great !

Won't even give you change if you don't have an account. Tried to get a roll of quarters with cash and they would nor do it. Bad customer service - and they had that scandal with opening fraudulent accounts !  Walked over to Chase at Stater.
