Outstanding service from Mr. Jonathan Sunshine, one of the bankers there. Made what other Citi Bank branches had turned into a very poor experience for my fiancee' into a rely great one. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very customer-first attitude and actions. To be honest, he saved the bank a customer.

I have been using this Bank branch (My main branch is in LA) for 5 years now and have always found everyone to be very helpful and my Dog loves their treats!

We had a completely fantastic experience with Jonathan Sunshine at Citibank here in Palm Springs.  While we were just getting some documents notarized he was incredible --  Friendly, so personable and accommodating.  When we move here full time, we are so putting our money in this bank because of the great customer service.

It's a bank -- where you go to do bank things; the people who work here do their jobs efficiently, the decor is mediocre but functional, the facility is clean.  But they don't open until 10am.  If you have a job, or own a business, or are trying to juggle the schedules of family -- well, sucks to be you, apparently.

Closing at 5pm doesn't help, either.
