Meh, staff seems to just be standing around watching one teller work. Surly the other people are trained to do this. Maybe hire another teller to have during lunch

1/15/2018 Update-  two tellers today and things went much faster than normal. Line was less long but still no drive through and limited hours. 

This bank has no drive-thru, often only one teller, and they close at 4!  I overheard the branch manager telling a new employee hoe he chooses his computer passwords...information i assumed should be confidential.This place functions as if someone took 7 strangers with ZERO banking experience and told them they were running a bank for a year and placed hidden cameras around to get the customers' reaction.

12/28/17. 11:29am-  9 people in line. 1 teller on duty.

There is a reason why I'm closing my accounts with Bank of America. Every branch I go to treats me poorly because I'm young. Every time I go to one of their locations they are rude, entitled and put every other older customer that comes to throw a tantrum ahead of me. I'm switching to Discover, where I'm a priority every time I call them.

Wanted to withdraw cash, drive through atm was blocked by armored truck and no one in it. No other atm inside or outside the bank. All drive through lane closed for some reason, i guess they closed all the drive through lanes. May be staff off for year end. Long line at teller. Finally went to wallgreen.
