I walked in 11:22am no one greeted me. As a matter of fact Jamie and his colleagues worker just looked at me as if he I wasn't supposed to be there. So I said softly, hello. I need to make a fraud claim. After 30 mins of small talk I finally get on the phone with someone. Didn't seem much help for my situation being I was the victim. I was told I could get in a replacement card in the branch. But Jamie said it wasn't possible.. lady over the phone didn't verify my contact info or mailing address she didn't even give me a claim number. I asked Jamie could he get it for me he did. But overall seemed as if they like to do the very minimum to help you. I left 12:40 and came out the same as went in.  If you have petty business to handle this location will work for you.

The tellers are outstanding but there is a great sadness of how they overworked understuff the tellers . The wait is always too long and completely unacceptable.  They not willing to make any changes. Very frustrating

Avoid this location at all costs! Drive thru only for ATM. Once inside, only 1 teller working with 3 or 4 specialists in their little offices. Half the time the atms dont even work. Spent 25 min waiting in line just for a withdrawal. BOA is slipping, they will lose my business for sure.

out of 5 for two tellers out of five windows with a long line of customers.  It's ridiculous.
