Nice of them to NOT post a notice on their website that they were closed at 4:15 PM (and probably earlier) on March 15th. There was probably a perfectly good reason, such as the computers being down, but still, posting a notice on the website about having to close early would have been much appreciated. Calling ahead by phone seems like a waste of my, and their, time but it's back to the phone age I guess unless you want to go there for nothing.

Just the fact that they have someone in the empty parking lot protecting the spots for customers makes me uncomfortable. The staff is nice but not so efficient. This place needs a good PR person

Every time I go in I get a hello from the manager that sits up front. Everyone's really nice and I've never had any problems going here over the last two years.

To suddenly lower the interest rate on my money market account from 1.00% to 0.07% with no notice, puts them in the category of the big banks, buyer/saver beware.
