Mr. Foong Teoh (branch manager) runs a FIRST rate operation. The choice of staff (by far the best banking staff I have ever encountered at a single location) and the speed of customer service is great.  I should also say that Cornell (banking staff - do not know his last name) is one of the most friendly people in town.

The people who work here are amazing! They are always really friendly to me and very quick to help. I always enjoy coming to this branch whenever I need to go into the bank.

Very bad customer service. Manager was worst. I went there with a issue about a hold on my deposit. He did not even take time to talk to me and straight up denied. 
I had to leave and go to redwood city branch. I was immediately taken care of there.

Preferred branch when I need to go in. Friendly and helpful staff.

It's a cool old building and I didn't have to trigger my social anxiety by talking to anyone. Thank god for ATMs
