The guy who sits in the back right side as you enter was unfriendly and unhelpful. I walked in 30 mins before closing time and the guy who handles Merrill Edge wasn't at his desk. He didn't bother finding out where this guy was and also told me to go to the wrong place on Duke St. who could help me. I also felt he was being nosy with my account and studying the transactions when it was completely unnecessary to what I needed. Too bad, this is the closest location to me, but I'll go to another one.

Greg, warmly opened the door and met right the second I entered the branch. The whole process was personable warm and most helpful. Yes, the telling area took about 25 minutes to process what should have been a 5 minute job but overall, I am real happy and will happily refer family and friends to give their business to this branch.
