Went in to bank for a simple transaction, which ended up taking 25 minutes !! The service was horrible !!! I entered and you have 3 women standing at "welcome center" chit chatting , asked me what I needed and sent me on the line with about 6 other clients awaiting their transactions with "ONE" teller for all !!!! After about 10 minutes, we are all in disbelief about the service!!!! I get out of the line & approach the woman, one was Vice President, hard to believe, asked her to please send some help, even if they , 3 women, could assist, they had enough time to laugh & smile while we are all awaiting CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She tells me they are not trained for that and that the other girl will be back soon.... Really !!! I can see why your reviews are so very poor..... Did a great job renovating, you should put that into hiring tellers & bringing back CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Newly rennovated but poor customer service and hughe wait times..  Never have enough representatives to help..

Friday am 9am opening, 8 people in line, one trainee behind the counter. Oh, and two supervisors, supervising. 9:15, two people have been helped, line is to the door.

I am a busy mother who runs errands frequently and drive through for me is the most convenient option for myself. Between the awful hours because I do work a lot and now the drive through is permanently closed for no explanation from the manager I'll take my business and continue to use it elsewhere. Thank you...

Their ATMs break at least once a week, it's ridiculous.. but if you live in the area it's the only BoA nearby so your pretty much stuck dealing with it
