The worst and the slowest boa ever their old lady teller needs to be trained or removed so slow and rude and the same time worst teller ever

Customer service left much to be desired. My issues were left unresolved and empathy from the staff assigned to me was lacking.

Terrible. Both auto tellers are now out of order. One has been out for month's.

this is the slowest bank i have ever seen.. their tellers does not do their job right,... as they keep changing policies and dont even know exactly what the policy says.. unfortunatelly i have to come here every week.. something that i hate to do.. but is the closets one..if i am lucky i will spend only 30mins of my time here..they renovated.but the service is the same...they should do something serious about..manager is not helpful and kind at all!!!!!!
