Worst customer service I've ever received both inside and at the drive thru . There is never enough bank tellers but there is always personal bankers standing up talking and laughing with co workers while there is a long line . I don't understand why there is more personal bankers vs tellers being that a teller is needed more most times. I wish they would close this location because the only thing there that's convenient is the ATM and that's not always working . Smh because of this location TD bank is the most inconvenient bank. I only gave one start because I wouldn't be able to post without a star being filled but that gag is you get no stars . 🙄

Worst customer service came from the managers. I actually watch one eat chicken as I waited ... just ended up leaving

I have only been with this bank since September.  I  have had a horrible experience with this bank.  My debit card has been compromised on numerous occasions.  I've had it replaced at least 5 times.  This last time, I only had it for a week and a half.  My belief is that it is someone on the inside.  How can my account be compromised so quickly?  The last straw was last night.  I don't carry cash.  I was out picking up some stuff.  My card was declined twice.  Apparently, this bank cancels your card and doesn't tell you.  I had to put everything back.  Bye TD!  I am moving my accounts to another bank.  Too bad I have to give it a star.  It's not deserving.

SLOWEST BANK EVER and worst customer service. My job is literally 3 minutes from this bank and I go on my lunch break and can't even make it back on time because it takes over 30 minutes to do a simple withdrawal.. by far the slowest bank I have ever been to. Every time I go there is one teller working. The line is always incredibly long. their systems are"slow". Result: doing anything at that branch takes an hr of your time even if its a simple deposit. They need to hire more tellers immediately or just close this branch instead of continuing to waste everyones time !!! Wish I could give them less than 1 star.
