I love the location but the manager let's you know right up front that she is better than you. I feel pretty unwelcome going in during business hours so I try to do my business in the outside ATMs when the branch is closed. If I could drive I would definitely change my account to a different Bank of America.

This place is unbelievable. They refuse to cash a check for my husband because he has long hair. He had proper idea, the check was made out to him. The funds were there. They had absolutly no reason not to cash that check. He had to call the customer that wrote it and have them call the bank. They did call the bank and they did finally cash it. My husband and i worked hard for that cash and it aint fare to be judged because of the way you look. Im telling all my family members and everyone i know that banks there and have them find a different bank

I only come to Bank of America to pay my rent. I refuse to open an account here because their service is terrible. Every time I come, no matter the day of the week or time of day, there's always only 2 tellers working and no less than 20 people in front of me. I have to set aside 45 minutes to and hour just to make a deposit. It's an out of state deposit so I can't go through the drive thru or deposit it at an ATM. I hate it here. I'm standing in line right now as I'm typing this. Absolutely irritated.

This bank is the worst bank ever. You bank your money with them and when you try to write a check to someone else, they want to ask you a million questions before they dispense the money. If you write a cash check it takes four business days or more for the other party to get their money. What a ripoff of an institution. I am going to take all my money out this week. What a set of .........

We have had bank of America for 11 years at this location and they have always been polite, helpful and professional.  Unfortunately, those who have bad experiences are the only ones who speak up.  If you have had a good experience, speak up.
It makes a big difference!
