I have never been so DISGUSTED by customer service in my entire life.  I had US Bank for over 10 years and never had anything but AMAZING customer service.  I have never heard "I am sorry there is nothing we are able to do to help" with ZERO attempt to even look.  The question is asked and immediately the help ends.  This is also the very first Google Review I have ever felt compelled to write.  Wells Fargo 1800 number is even WORSE.  I WARN YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!
