Would be giving a zero if would let me. Horrible service, and staff has no knowledge of policy! They tried to charge me $8 to cash a check that was issued from their bank, and I BANK WITH THEM!!!! Even if I didn't bank with them, Walmart charges $3 so yeah overall terrible! Xue was the name of my teller, and she should be fired.

Long lines, only 2 tellers. Seems like all bank of America banks are the same, maybe clossing some but relocating their tellers to have more staff on the rest?? Since it looks as tbey cannot afford more employees

I've used this bank for my income for at least four years. I happen to like it. I can't remember when or if I had any problem not immediately fixed here. I've never asked for a loan and always have banked at this location. DS

Too many customers in the line and only 1 or 2 teller at this branch! i switched to the CHASE Bank and i am so happy with them!

So I just gave this branch the highest stars on today's record because Bank's Tellers usually very polite as the greeter was very welcoming just like the Wal-Mart Greeters. 2 stars knock off because of promoting Account with free checks, but I was charged around 12 bucks. I had Challenge them in person at the same location. So they did taken 12 Bucks charge as they had added onto my checking account. I strongly recommend to all of B of A Customers get this in B of A writing that matched to advisor offer. Because sometime they're wrong as of their lack of training or it maybe of their way to make extra money. Because Bank Advisor had removed my fee. My rated would be only 2 Stars, I had upped it an 1 extra star = to Big Whopping THREE STARS.
