It's a great branch. Always had great experience and great customer service here. I opened my accounts here. Very clean place. The security guy at this branch is very polite and professional. Always welcomes people and opens door for them.

This branch is by far the worst Wells Fargo branch that I have ever been with. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2007 and usually have had good things to day about them. However, I went to deposit a check today and I needed to turn around and make a cashier's check from the funds. Basically they denied me the ability to do that. They were rude disrespectful and condescending. Stating things like "It's the law and our procedure that we can't do that". I asked them to show me their governing rules and they could not produce them. They acted as if I knew nothing where in fact I had just spent the last 6 years of my life in school studying modern banking and I hold a degree in finance. Talked to everyone up to the Assistant Manager who was a total idiot. Every person I talked to would just tell me the same thing and was ruder than the last. Each time they brought a new person over, the others would hover around the conversation like babbling baboons. Never going back to this branch until they hire intelligent and respectful individuals.

These people will rip you off. Me and my husband only bank for a week. And they are terrible. Safe bank is alot better

I had 3:00 pm appointment with Jeff, but got to see me at 3:40 I waited for 40 minutes. I didn't understand what was the purpose of appointment. Worse management.

We called them at 11:17am, Dated Mar.15.2017 to verify employment for one of their employees who applied for an apartment in our complex, the lady who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful. She said unfortunately, I have to go and hung up the call! I didn't expect it from Wells Fargo! We are about to close our account with them!
