Usually you have to wait to do anything in this branch. Customer service is ok.

Worst experience ever bad service and very very slow line out the door and only person working while the rest is just standing there. I would not recommend this  bank

I just needed a ATM card replacement because I I got my wallet stolen and I wanted a temporary ATM card. I didn't have any type of id except for my work badge. An employee told me it was okay i could use it. waited for an hr to speak to banker to come to find out I couldn't use my badge also I'm pregnant and even if I were pregnant or not the service was unorganized and they did not help at all!!!
