I Love visits to Chase branches, always better customer service than most other banks.

I'm hearing impaired, so at times I have difficulties communicating. However at Chase bank I found them very accommodating, understanding, and respectful. I recommend them as a great bank!!

Today, I wanted to send my mom some money, she banks with Chase, so I decided to just deposit it directly into her account.  When I tried, I was told by a teller that Chase does not accept cash as a medium of deposit into someone's account.  ?!?!?!?!  I'm sorry, I thought you were a bank???  I was told to get a money order or cashier's check to deposit anything into someone's account.

Chase is a poor poor bank.
