Waiting to see a banker. Lady came out and asked me if i wouldn't mind waiting a minute to be helped. She went outside, came back in and is now helping someone else. It has now been 35 minutes and she hasn't even had the decency to even acknowledge me. Meanwhile, i am the only person needing to see a banker. This will be my last time banking here...

I use to love banking at Bank of America on Bearss Avenue for my business. During the past few years, Bank of America has reduced its hours that are not business friendly and they have drastically reduced the bank tellers. Sadly, it makes the wait times longer and a big pain to complete banking transaction. I think BOA is a better fit for individuals with small banking needs that can be completed online and little use of the ATM. Otherwise, I would not recommend. My business is currently in the transition phase to move to a different bank all together. I feel bad for the staff at this location because I know a lot of the issues result from poor decisions made at the top down.

Friendly group of people. Never had to wait in line. Always got reasonably quick service and answers to all of my questions.
