We do cash advance into our landlords account and nobody else has a problem doing it but somehow every time we get Vanessa she can never get it to go through. Mind you nobody else has a problem with it. She needs to be retrained on how to do a cash advance!!!

NEVER ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE.. CALL 8 TIMES IN 1 HOUR & GOT PUT ON HOLD EVERY TIME.. THE WORST..

I had a problem that one of the representatives didn't know how to handle and when I asked to see the manager, I didn't have to wait.  He straightened everything out and was so nice about it.
