They do a good job with speed. But if you are in there to speak with a rep about something like an account issue they are horrible have had many experiences where no help was given in the end

This is the worst experience at a drive through ever. About 100 customers waiting because they decided to close early Thursday and reopen Tuesday for their convenience. What a joke 1.15 hours to deposit some money. What a great business decision that was. Never again will go to this credit union. Completely insane.

I've never had a problem with getting good customer service here.   I have a business account as well and have had no problems.  You are not face to face with the tellers and that's OK with me.  When people stop robbing banks then maybe do it different.  For now their safety is more important.
