Great bank I wished I never changed from them

Every time I visit my bank they are very helpful and do anything and everything possible to help with whatever I need. My boyfriend noticed how awesome they are when I have to go that he opened a new account with them. Any future banking needs will definitely handled with Chase :-)

I have always had wonderful experience with drive thru or with service inside they are always there to help with whatever I might need help with thank Chase for being a wonderful great place to experience banking with you

The customer service I received today was horrible. I never had a problem in the past,but today I was looked over as I sat in the lobby and the banker ignored me. One banker told the guy Daniel to help me,Daniel walked to the back. Very unacceptable, I had to give one star but they don't deserve any. I refuse to keep banking with a financial institute, and to them I'm invisible. Everyone should be treated equally. .
