Handy drive through banking. Easy access.

Every other bunch I've been to is much more polite and accomidating versus this one. If I can avoid ever going back to this one I will. I will even drive out of my way not to. I love the Sammamish branch and until they behave more like them or change the management I will not do business here.

The lady who assisted me open a safe box was very professional! I thought that I did not waste any unreasonable amount of time.

I used to frequent this location when I lived in Renton, it was the only location convenient to my home. Service was friendly but the lines can be insane, especially around lunch until closing time.

Awful! !  You stand and wait 15 min to get to a teller.  BOA already sucks, but this branch is THE worst!  1/27 OMG, came at 140pm & it's even worse than last time!  Wish my employer didn't bank here!
