The employees are nice, but this bank is clueless on what quick customer service is.  Very few tellers and the "floating" coordinator can't even pitch in and help when there are people waiting for service - what a waste of resources in the name of customer no-service.

Unreliable. I'm sad to say that I can't count on the people at this banking center. The part that's sad is that they are nice well-intentioned people. But as mentioned by another reviewer, if you call to make an appointment, they will not give you a heads up as to what you will need to bring to make the appointment a success-even if you ask. When I went in for my appointment, it was a total waste of time because despite bringing every piece of documentation they requested of me; they decided mid appointment that more was necessary and couldn't help me until I got the additional information. A total wild goose chase.

Bank with only 1 teller and 1 drive thru.. while many times I stopped by with a long line of customers waiting.

Horrible service. I called the branch and made an appointment with some person for notary. When i entered the branch with my 3 month old and 3 year old on a rainy day, the lady said copies of passport and some affidavit cannot be notarized. Person on phone didnt inform me anything while doing appointment.

I had not been to this Bank of America Before.  But I have been to others.  I went to this one because I recently moved close by to it.  Anywise the Staff was top notch and I had excellent service.  They where able to do my transactions as I needed fast and efficient.  Because they became my new primary bank location I was asked to update my information which was done easily enough.  The other review complaining about frequent flyer miles...needs to get his facts straight...that isn't a bank of America program and never was.  That U-Bank and Key Bank that do that....they are also the ones that gouge you and charge you tons of hidden service charges and the do the percentage payment per day interest rates(nope not kidding you open a loan or credit card...best pay on time with those two banks as they will take the entire amount of interest from your primary amount you got...and spreads it out over every day so they can make money) bank of America does not do the shady practices the other ones do.
