We were able to apply, submit all our required docs and close in less than six weeks. Joelle and her processor Me Me were amazing. Me Me was tough with HOA. I closed on my first home last week and not without the help of Ana-Maria Pena and Me'Me Gray. From the very first conversation that I had with both of these ladies, I knew that I was in the right hands and on my way of owning my first home. They are both knowledgeable, kind, thorough, prompt, responsive, and professional. I would not have been able to do this without the hard work that these ladies have put in, especially after hours, to ensure that I could finally celebrate owning my first home. Thank you!

A huge Thank You to Joelle Maximilien-Miller and the RK Group for helping me with my loan. My situation was unconventional yet, Joelle made it her mission to get things done.  Through the entire process, Joelle kept me informed and was always positive. Without Joelle and the RK team, I don't think this would have happened. Joelle even got a lower interest rate mid process. If Joelle says she will get it done! know that she will. I will always recommend and continue to use Joelle and the RK mortgage team for future loans. Happy New Year to you all!!!!

I am thankful I found Joelle Maximilien-Miller  and the RK Group to do my loan.  My project was unique and She was instrumental in making it all come together. Without her assistance and hard work none of this would have happened.  Thank you Joelle and RK Mortgage Group. You are devoted to good service and it is recognized. Looking for a second property. Absolutely without question the best mortgage company we have ever worked with. We have owned somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 houses, and used mortgages on all of them, so we know what we're talking about! Joelle is the most professional loan officer we've had by far. We were buying a house that needed renovation in a neighborhood we loved. Because the kitchen cabinets and most of the flooring was missing, it was considered unlivable and therefore could not get a normal mortgage. Joelle worked tirelessly to help us get a hard money loan so that we could get this house and renovate it. She was always available either immediately or usually returned calls within an hour. We thought we were not going to be able to buy the house, but she made it work for us. We renovated and of course went back to her to refinance on a normal mortgage. I will always go back to her and recommend anyone to go to her company. Everyone we dealt with through her office was very professional and friendly, but we love Joelle, and after all the back and forth with her though out this process, consider her a friend!
