Way understaffed.  Only one teller on duty at lunchtime (12:00 - 1:00).  When I complained to the manager, he shrugged and replied, "It lunchtime.  Just tried to get through by phone.  Everyone is busy assisting other customers.  Couldn't even leave a message.  Way understaffed.

Bank of America sucks and this branch is no exception.  Nothing but the usual hoop jumping and highway robbery if God forbid you go even a penny over.  The only place this BofA is good for is to get cash out of the ATM!

Worst customer service of my life! Bankers do not service "regular customers" they said only if they are not busy with company accounts or ones with average balance over $10,000. Sent card to wrong address so fraud out the gate was on my account.  Put overdraft on there even though I said no so fraud over drafted my account.  Banker would not help when I went back.  Very very very very rude! Oh and always crowded as hell

I don't know why everyone else on here is hating I go here often its a small bank there r only a couple people behind the counter at any given time but they are quick as possible and very nice people this world needs to have more patience put yourself in their shoes under a big company they're just there do their job and they do it well and promptly
